Sports have a lot of importance in our life. Qualities like sportsmanspirit, courage, team spirit, etc. are inculcated due to sports. Sports play a major role in the wholistic development of a person. Such exercise is also useful in keeping the body and the mind fit and fine. In this chapter, along with stressing on the importance of sports the action words (verbs) in their present tense and future tense forms have been introduced and explained.
